I am not mechanically inclined. I have had my HiZero for about, over 5 years. It is the best design ever. Well worth the price. Every time I had to take it apart to clean it or I ran over something,, it was a simple process to address. Evevry time ! It’s dependable, consistent and most all it cleans very well. Pet hair, kibble, hardwood,and stone. After years and years and years of having it, I had a continuous blue flashing light and it wouldn’t hold a charge. First issue that my non-mechanically inclined self could not resolve. Contacted HiZero website and thru email exchange they determined it was my battery. I purchased a battery, it arrived within days via regular shipping, my friend changed it for me, took him 2 mins. I turned it oh and OT WORKED IMMEDIATELY. I couldn’t believe it. After soaking my roller, it cleaned my floor again like it had never had an issue. Eventually, after a good amount of cleaning it was time to charge. What happened. It bleep’n charged with no issues and we’re back. Runs and cleans like new. Hizero you are truly the best.

I’ve had hizero since the beginning of COVID, we have a big house, kids, pets, and no cleaning help, me and my husband working from home.
So I bought it. This is life changing and there’s no going back, for me it’s as basic as having a washing machine.
Now, why hizero and not a different brand you ask.
I researched a ton.
The advantage of hizero is
1. Amazing dedicated customer service. I had issues with the previous model, they took care of it and eventually had to replace it when it was out of warranty so they gave me a discount to get a new one.
2. It’s the easiest to clean than the other brands. The roller is foam so it never ever stink even if you are lazy/busy and didn’t do the self cleaning. With other brands that’s the number one complaint.
It separates the solids from the dirty water and it’s super easy and not too disgusting to clean.
The battery lasts a very long time. I charge it maybe once every two weeks and I use it daily.
The water tank- is a bit small, I wish it would be just a bit bigger, but I can live with it bc I use it mostly around the kitchen dining room area so it’s always a few steps away from a sink.
It’s also super quiet, good looking, and simple to operate. Straight from the box .

The new Hizero F500 is amazing! There are major improvements in the machine, Such as, roller cleaner, dirt catcher, and more importantly, the clean water and wastewater dispensers. The machine is defiantly not as cheaply made as the old machine I was using. The cleaning of the unit is so much easier due to the re-make of the dirt catcher, and the release of the brushes. I absolutely love this Hizero F500!! Thank you for all the improvements and upgrade!

I’m very pleased with my decision to upgrade to the new F500. There were several minor but welcome improvements over the previous model. Cleaning my floors is a joy. Highly recommend.

Great investmentI was happy with my old Hizero cleaner, but I am even happier with the new Hizero, so easy to clean after use. Very light to use. Only using one tank of water to clean all my hard surface floors and surface isn't left wet.
