Once you use the Hizero its hard to go back to regular mopping. The Hizero is simple to install and light weight/easy to use. The amount of technology that is packed into this mop is amazing - the indicator lights will notify you of everything – battery levels, when to change dirty water tank, speed settings, etc. It leaves my floors cleaner than with any mop I've ever used.

The main reason I chose this brand over other competitors on the market is because they sells all service parts on Amazon. I've had too many recent incidents where oversea manufacturers refuse to provide warranty or repair due to COVID. My experience with the machine so far has been mostly positive. It is very well made and easy to clean. I had some issue with smell initially when I used just water, but that went away after I started using the provided cleaning solution in the water tank.

The major downside is the sponge roller does not work well on uneven surfaces, like my tiles and my upstairs hardwood floor with a natural texture, but it does a good job cleaning my downstairs hardwood floor with polyurethane finish that's perfectly flat. That's the main area I bought this unit for, so I'm giving it a five star. Had I needed it to clean the whole house I would have to rate it lower.

One minor gripe is I expected to be able to charge the unit by placing it on the dock for a machine of this price, like many other options on the market. Instead, what you get is a cheap plastic tray and you have to plug in the charging cord yourself.

Wow. I had high expectations but this came in even higher. This is a no excuses machine. So glad I bought it and it saves my back from mopping.

It doesn’t clean the floors well enough. i pushed the machine over and over the floor several times, and it’s still not clean. I had to use my old steaming floor mop. This is not worth the money for my needs.

For floors with liquid drops such as kitchen area, it takes many rounds in order to get it cleaned. In the end, it takes more time and effort than what I could have done manually with a mop.
